Amanda R. Tarter, age 39, of Richmond, Indiana succumbed to complications from pneumonia on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Reid Health. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 11, 1983, to Danny Tarter and Rebecca "Becky" Andrews. She was a graduate of Richmond High School and worked for Macy's call center based out of Mason, Ohio.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Becky and Dave Andrews and Danny Tarter; siblings Sara Jeanne Andrews, David Lee Andrews and Karrie Winsted; maternal grandmother, Kathleen Ferraro; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Richard Golden; paternal grandparents Jason Tarter and Montie Tarter.

"Bana" will be especially missed by her "girls" Ma'Kiylah "Ki" and Adrianna "Littles" Jett.

Visitation for Amanda will be held 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary followed by service at 3 p.m. Deacon Jim Miller will officiate. We encourage everyone to join the procession to Amanda's entombment at Earlham Cemetery. Per the family's request, please dress casually. Amanda loved pink, leopard and cheetah print, please feel free to wear those as a tribute to her.
