Barbara K. Carlin, age 76 of Richmond passed away Sunday (October 8, 2017) at Golden Living Center. She was born in Indianapolis on February 1, 1941 to Howard Ozborn and Annette Beller. Barbara married Cecil Carlin on July 31, 1974 and lived most of her life in the Richmond area. She was an assistant manager of CC Vending and enjoyed going to church. She loved going on vacations with Cecil, they traveled to many places including Nashville, Pigeon Forge, Graceland and Branson, Missouri. She loved Elvis, shopping and watching television.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years Cecil Carlin; children Scott Edward Hoffman, Robert Michael Hoffman and Richard A. Rosinski; sister-in-law Suzanne Sanders; cousin Donna Stier and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Aunt Mary Fultz, cousins Bill Fultz and Ron Stier.
Services for Barbara will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday (October 12, 2017) at Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary. Friends may call on Thursday (October 12, 2017) from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
