Barbara Jean White's Obituary
Barbara Jean White (Barnhizer), age 91 of Richmond, passed away on Sunday October 26, 2025 at Reid Health. She was born in Wabash, Indiana on March 28, 1934 to Kenneth E. and Josephine J. (Hall) White.
She was preceded in death by: Parents Kenneth E. White and Josephine J. (White) Roberson. Daughter Alesia C Barnhizer, and 4 siblings.
She is survived by children: Mark K (Melody J) Barnhizer, Todd A (Deborah) Barnhizer, Eric A Barnhizer, Julie A Barnhizer. Grandchildren: Jason A (Dani) Barnhizer, Joshua M Barnhizer, Caitlyn M (Alan) Wonning, Jordan T (MaeLee) Barnhizer, Ethan D (Kristin) Snapp, Sara A Barnhizer and 5 great-grandchildren.
Having retired from state and government work after many years, for Barbara, of all the roles she played in life, being a mother was her greatest joy and proudest achievement.
A small family service will be held, no public services will be provided.
