Betty J. Austerman, age 75, of Richmond, died Wednesday (December 22, 2004) at Golden Rule - Beverly Healthcare. She was born in Connersville on April 14, 1929 to Wilbur and Edith Maze VanAusdall and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a retired employee of Belden where she had worked for 38 years. Her husband, Harold Austerman, died June 3, 1998.
Survivors include - Daughter - Connie DeGraw of Richmond
Grandson - Michael DeGraw of Indianapolis
Sister - Margaret Hood of St. Louis, Missouri
Nieces & Nephews
A sister is also deceased.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday (December 29, 2004) in Riggle = Waltermann Mortuary. Father John Luerman will officiate. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Wednesday (December 29, 2004) from 9:30 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
