Charles E. "Chuck" Koger, age 90, of Eaton, Ohio passed away the morning of Friday September 9, 2022 at Reid Hospital in Richmond. He was born on February 13, 1932 in Richmond, Indiana to George E. and Louise Blossom Koger. He graduated from Richmond Public Schools and attended Indiana University. Charles enlisted in the United States Army in April, 1955 and was honorably discharged in May, 1958 as a 1st Lieutenant. He was married on November 7, 1981 to Eva Ray Barnett. Charles retired from IC Corp where he worked in materials management. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of the Scottish Rite and Shrine. He was a loving man and will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Eva, children Mike Koger, Joni Mathews and Marvin Johnson; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Chris Atkinson and sister Grace Louise Rodenberg.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Friday September 23, 2022 in Fairmount Cemetery, Camden, Ohio. Scott Sliver will officiate. Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary is handling arrangements.
