Deanna L. Riley, age 37, of Richmond, died Wednesday evening (October 24, 2012) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on March 23, 1975 to Earnest and Debra Grays Riley and had lived here all of her life. Deanna loved camping, fishing and outdoor activities. In springtime she enjoyed hiking and watching the woods come to life. In summer she enjoyed going to King's Island and watching her family on the rollercoaster which she would not ride. In fall she liked to view the colors of the leaves and feel the crisp cool air as she drank her coffee. The Lord has called for an angel to come home. As we watched her suffer, He knew what was best and was by her the whole time. She had a heart of gold that many people did not get to see. She was a wonderful mother, wife, grandmother, sister and daughter. She is loved and will be missed by many. Survivors include her companion of twenty years - Steve Lohmoeller; daughter - Brandi Riley Velazquez of Richmond and son-in-law; mother - Debra Goodwin of Richmond; brother - William Riley of Richmond; grandson - Jehison Velazquez Riley; aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her father, her special "in-laws", Dave and Ruth Lohmoeller, are also deceased. Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday (October 30, 2012) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville. Friends may call on Tuesday (October 30, 2012) from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
