Dorothy Boyer Talbot, age 98 of Richmond, Indiana passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 19, 2023, at Friends Fellowship Community. She was born in Davenport, Iowa on September 17, 1925, to Harry Boyer and Lillie Anderson Boyer. Dorothy married John Talbot on November 17, 1945, and together they raised 7 beautiful children. She was a homemaker spending her time raising a family but later in life she did work at a few jewelry stores in the area. Dorothy was quite an amateur bowler in her younger years having amassed several trophies for tournaments she competed in. She loved to go dancing with her husband, they enjoyed 67 years of loving, committed marriage together until his passing in 2012.

Left to cherish her memory are: daughter - Victoria Long, daughter-in-law - Barbara Talbot, Son - John (Carol) Talbot, Son – Gary (Nancy) Talbot, Daughter – Gail (Rich) Presutto, Son – Denis (Dona) Talbot, Daughter-in-law – Barb Williams Talbot; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; many other friends and family. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Lillie Boyer; husband John Talbot; sons Barry Talbot and Raymond Talbot; son-in-law Paul Long; 2 brothers and 5 sisters.

Private graveside services will be held at Crown Hill Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 11825 Pippin Rd Cincinnati, OH 45231, at the convenience of the family.
