Franklin Paul Maiden was born December 16, 1958 to Elizabeth Reed and Frank Rice. He passed away early Thursday morning on January 18, 2024, at Reid Hospital.

Frank served in the US Army. He was a huge NASCAR and Steelers fan. He enjoyed fishing. Frank was a father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and a great friend to many. He had an infectious laugh and would always try to make those around him laugh as well. He enjoyed taking his nephew Dustin Mullins and his wife Jen to see the Colts play.

Franklin is survived by 2 daughters, Jessilynn Pratt and Brandie Paradise; his sisters Becky (Larry) Maiden, Ruby (Don) Doles and Veronica Duncan; his brothers Billy Maiden and Richard Faddis; 2 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, 4 great grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.

Franklin is preceded in death by his son Frankie Jr., mother Elizabeth Reed, father Frank Rice and his sister Carrie Mullins.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
