James H. Shaw, age 71, of Richmond, died Monday (January 17, 2005) at his residence. He was born in Circleville, Ohio on May 30, 1933 to James L. and Nora O. Newman Shaw and had lived here most of his life. He was a 1952 graduate of Richmond High School and he was a retired 27 year employee of Verizon. He was employed by PNR Security.

Two brothers, Richard Shaw and Larry Shaw are also deceased.
Services will be held at 10:30 am on Friday (January 21, 2005) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Dr. Frank Holman will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday (January 20, 2005) from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. www.riggle-waltermann.com
