Joan M. Barth, age 90, of Richmond, died Monday morning (November27, 2017) at Reid Health. She was born in Richmond on December14, 1926 to Eugene Sr. and Theresa Day Barth and had lived here all of her life. She was a retired 27 year employee of Richmond State Hospital and a life-long member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. Andrew).

Survivors include her sister Imelda Ramsey and nieces and nephews including a very special niece, Mary Catherine Barth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Bernadette Barth and Elizabeth Morton and brothers Eugene Barth, Jr., Joseph Barth and John Barth.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Friday (December 1, 2017) in Saint Andrew Church (235 South 5th St). Father John Luerman will officiate. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday (November 30, 2017) from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary (32 South 11th St)
