Josephine F. Webb, age 98, of Richmond, died Friday evening (April 16, 2010) at Heritage House of Richmond. She was born in Richmond on March 19, 1912 to Clarence and Elizabeth Knollenberg Foreman and had lived here all of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of First Friends Meeting. Her husband, Clarence E. Webb, died on December 12, 2000. Survivors include her daughters - Sherrill (Larry) Roan of Pamona, California, Mary DuVall of Mission Viejo, California; sister - Mary Jane Bullerdick of Richmond; 2 grandchldren, 5 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, nieces and nephews Two brothers, Clarence "Jerry" Foreman and Richard Foreman, and a sister, Charlene Walters are also deceased. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday (April 22, 2010) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Doug Gwyn will officiate. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville.
