Judith Alexander, age 55, passed away suddenly on Tuesday (July 6, 2021). She was born on June 8, 1966 to Robert E. and Wanda Falin Grimes in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky. She loved to be outdoors. She enjoyed fishing, hiking and mushroom hunting. She was an excellent cook and house cleaner. She was a free spirit. She was known for winning a tough man contest in 1990 in Dayton. Judith was there for anyone and would give you the shirt off her back.
Judith is survived by her daughter Lexie Alexander (Brad Brownell); siblings Brenda (Donnie) Baker, Karen (Robert) Godinich, June Buckalew, Robert Grimes, Brian Grimes, Larry Grimes, Dawn (Lex) Bond; grandchildren Jamie and Arya and many nieces and nephews that loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Wanda; siblings Regina Grimes, George Grimes, Thomas Grimes, Chris Grimes and Donnie Collins.
Services for Judith will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Monday (July 12, 2021) at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor David Eales will officiate. Family and friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday (July 12, 2021) at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Lexie Alexander.
