Lyda E. Fisher, age 86, of Richmond, died Monday evening (May 14, 2012) at Heritage House of Richmond. She was born in Preble County, Ohio on September 8, 1925 to Herbert and Ruth Eichhorn and had lived in this area most of her life moving to Richmond in 1959. She was a graduate of Lewisburg (Ohio) High School and had co-owned and operated the former Fisher's Broadway Candy Company in Union City, Indiana. She was a former member of the Order of Eastern Star. Her husband, Lowell Fisher, Sr., died in 1986 Survivors include her son - Lowell (Maryann) Fisher, Jr. of Richmond; grandson - Matthew (Emily) Fisher of Richmond; great grandson - Quinten Matthew Fisher; special sisters-in-law - Doris Eichhorn and Ruth Fisher; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, a brother, Howard Eichhorn, is also deceased. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday (May 18, 2012) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev.
