Madeline M. Lane, age 85, formerly of Richmond, died Thursday (August 30, 2007) in Memorial North Park Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.� She was born in Richmond on June 10, 1922 to Anthony and Agnes Bussen Miller and had lived here most of her life before moving to Tennessee 4 years ago.� She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Family Church.� Her husband, Phillip R. Lane, died September 27, 1994.

Survivors include her daughter - Carol Vlach of Richfield, Ohio,� sons - Thomas A. Lane of Lynn, Indiana and James D. Lane of Hixson, Tennessee;� 7 Grandchildren; nieces & nephews.

A prayer service will be held at 9:30 am on Tuesday (September 4, 2007) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary, followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Holy Family Church.� Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery.� Friends may call on Monday (September 3, 2007) from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.� www.riggle-waltermann.com
