Mary A. Blemke, age 104, of Richmond, died Friday evening (June 17, 2005) at Rose Gate Village. She was born in New Paris, Ohio on January 3, 1901 to Frederick and Catherine Horrigan Blemke and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a retired employee of the former Atlas Underwear Company and then she retired as housekeeper at the Saint Andrew Church Rectory. She was a member of Saint Andrew Church.

Two sisters, Grace White and Clara Reimer; a brother, Joseph Bloemke; a niece, Helen Bowles are also deceased.
A prayer service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at 1:30 pm in Saint Andrew Church. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday (June 19, 2005) from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
