Mary L. Jeffers, age 75, of Richmond, died Saturday morning (July 14, 2012) at Ambassador Healthcare. She was born in Richmond on December 11, 1936 to John and Ruth Bussen Nolte and had lived here all of her life. She was a retired employee of Richmond Community Schools and a member of Saint Andrew Church. Her husband, Paul Jeffers, died June 2, 1995. Survivors include her children - Debra (Jay) Brown, Paul (Nancy) Jeffers, Russell (Lu) Jeffers and Daniel Jeffers all of Richmond; brothers - Gene Nolte, David Nolte; 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, a son - Kenneth Jeffers, brother - John "Jack" Nolte, sister - Jane Taylor and a great grandson are also deceased. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday (July 17, 2012) in Saint Andrew Church. Father Kevin Morris will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
