Michael L. Mills, age 53, passed away on Wednesday (April 8, 2015) at Reid hospital. He was born in Richmond on January 24, 1955 to Dexter and Mary Mills and had lived here all of his life. He was a former employee of Kemper Cabinets. Survivors include his sister Joann Silvia; nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Dexter Mill Jr. and a sister Judy Jo Garcia. There are no funeral services planned at this time. www.riggle-waltermann.com
