Mildred P. Bunch, age 92, formerly of Richmond, died Wednesday evening (October 25, 2006) at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.� She was born in Richmond on March 11, 1914 to Adolf and Fairie Folkner Floyd.� She moved to New Paris, Ohio at age 21 and lived there for 31 years.� She worked in Richmond at Bartel's Factory for 24 years and at the same time she owned and operated the Speedy-Wee-Wash-It Laundry at 13th and Main Streets.� Mildred then worked at the Richmond State Hospital for twelve years before retiring at age 63 �.� She moved back to Richmond in 1967 and then to Muncie at age 79 to be closer to her daughter and family.� She had belonged to the Christian Church in New Paris where she taught class for 31 years.� She had also belonged to First Christian Church in Richmond and to the Christian Church in Yorktown, Indiana. She was a member of Eastern Star #310 in New Paris and of the Richmond Senior Center

3 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren

four brothers, Virgil, Richard, Wilbur and David Floyd, and a sister, Helen Ramsey, are also deceased

Services will be held at 11:30 am on Monday (October 30, 2006) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Jean O'Brien will officiate.� Burial will be in Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio.� Friends may call on Monday (October 30, 2006) from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm at the funeral home.�
