Nancy Patricia Seaman, age 55 of Richmond passed away Sunday (August 27, 2017) at Restcare Group Home. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 23, 1962 to Robert and Verna Hahn Seaman. Nancy loved to spend time with friends and family, she was the happiest person you would ever meet. She lived in a group home for many years and really treasured the relationships she had made. She enjoyed singing, playing games and shopping.
Left to cherish her memory are siblings Phyllis (Bill) Davis of Richmond, IN, Ronald Seaman of Austin, TX and Sharon (Bill) Sugas of Aurora, IL; Nieces and Nephews Andrew Davis of Richmond, Stephanie (Michael) Tann of Plano, TX, Sarah Sugas of Aurora, IL, Patrick Sugas of Aurora, IL, Ryan Sugas of Durham, NC and Michael Sugas of San Jose, CA; Aunts Marian Beck and Shirley Hahn both of Cincinnati, OH. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday (September 2, 2017) at Holy Family Church. Father Kevin Morris will officiate. Burial will follow in Saint Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nancy's name to the Richmond Catholic Community (240 South 6th Street Richmond, IN) and Benchmark Human Services (800 Mendleson Dr. Richmond, IN 47374).
