Phillip Lowell Ross, age 75, of Richmond passed away Saturday August 12, 2017 at Reid hospital. He was born in Maple Lake Minnesota on July 27, 1942 to Virgil and Doris Wolfsteller Ross. He enjoyed spending time with his dogs, reading a good book and loved going to the movie theater.

Left to cherish his memory are his companion of 16 years Wanda Arnold; children Lori A. Burton; Shari Byrdsong; James Williams; Philip Kyle (Tonya) Ross; siblings Richard D. Ross; David L. Ross; Carol Polver; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary C. Ross, parents Virgil and Doris Ross and brother Conrad E. Ross.
