Robert L. Floyd, age 81, of Richmond, died Wednesday morning (November 30, 2005) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on August 20, 1924 to Paul and Elizabeth Folkner Floyd and had lived in this area all of his life. He was a graduate of Richmond High School and a retired 45 year employee of Natco where he was also a member of the Natco 25 Year Club. He was an Army Air Corp veteran of World War II and a member of the Richmond Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include - Wife - Jane Floyd (to whom he was married 57 years)
Daughter - Vicki (Ward) Rush of New Palestine, Indiana
Son - Vaughn (Susan) Floyd of Scottsburg, Indiana
Sister - Geneva Tice of Richmond

Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday (December 2, 2005) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Michael Stough will officiate. Entombment will be in Earlham Mausoleum. Friends may call on Friday (December 2, 2005) from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
