Teresa L. "Terri" Cox, age 49, of Fountain City, died Thursday evening (August 13, 2009) at Saint Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Long Beach, California on April 2, 1960 to Jim and Pat Hueing Fisher and had lived in this area most of her life. She was a 1978 graduate of Northeastern High School and worked for Jim Fisher Fine Foods from 1976 to 1991. She was employed by Magiera Seeds. Terri was a member of Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church (Cambridge City) where she was an active member of the choir. She was also president of the Social Club and had served as a CCD teacher. She had participated in Junior Players and served with the Northeastern PTO. Terri was a Parent Advocate for Learning Disabled Children and she was a Mary Kay consultant., She was active with numerous other community activities. Survivors include her husband - Tim Cox; daughter -Krysti (Michael) Keith of New Castle; sons - Timothy (April) Cox of Lynn, Indiana, Travis (Jessi) Cox of Richmond; her parents - Jim and Pat Fisher of Fountain City; brother - Willie (Rhonda) Fisher of Tennessee; sisters - Kim (Shane) Hawkins of Fountain City, Debbie (Rudy) Reimsnyder of Lynn, Indiana; grandchildren - Lillian Keith, Haedyn Keith, Mackenize Cox, nieces and nephews. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday (August 19, 2009) in Saint Elizabeth Church, (333 West Maple St., Cambridge City). Father Joseph Rautenberg and Father John Luerman will officiate. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery in Richmond.
