Thomas D. Clarke, 75, of Richmond passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at IU Health-Methodist Hospital following a brief illness. He was born in Richmond, IN on March 28, 1942 to Patrick and Lola Clarke and graduated from Richmond High School in 1960.



Tom worked at Natco for 26 years until its closing. Since then, he worked at Race, Inc and Belden before retiring. In his younger years, he was the athletic director for Holy Family School, a church usher at Holy Family Catholic Church and more recently part of the K of C Golf League and an active member of Knights of Columbus 4th degree. Since his retirement he enjoyed golfing, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his grandchildren.



Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Karen Dehner Clarke; his sister Sandra Augustin Dehner (John) of Richmond; four children - Tony Clarke (Sarah) of Richmond; Patrick Clarke (Patty) of Fishers; Annette Reynolds (Sean) of Midlothian, VA; and Jennifer Browning of Fort Mill, SC; and 13 beloved grandchildren who will miss their papaw dearly - Jordan, Jared, Caleb, Piper, Maureen, Molly and Christopher Clarke; Jacob and Joshua Reynolds; Hannah, Colin, Katie and Lily Browning as well as one uncle, one aunt and several nieces, nephews and close friends.



He was preceeded in death by his parents.



Funeral services for Tom will be held on Monday March 26, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Family Catholic Church at 815 W. Main Street in Richmond, IN.



Friends and family may call from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Sunday March 25, 2018 at Riggle -Waltermann Mortuary at 32 South 11th St, Richmond.



Private burial services will be held at a later date at the family's convenience.
