Thresia (Winters) Bullock, age 83, passed away on Monday August 14, 2023 at home. She was born on March 16, 1940 to Al and Bessie Mills Winters and had lived in Richmond all her life. Thresia graduated from Richmond High School in 1976 with honors. She was a homemaker in addition to working for many years as a babysitter. She had been active in the Democrat Women's Club, loved to fish and was an avid bowler. Thresia was "mother" to many children due to her years working in childcare.

Survivors include daughters Julie Bullock and special "daughter" Rhonda Pegg-Power; brothers Bill (Vicki) Winters and Joe Winters; grandchildren Nicholas, Kelly and Myra; great-grandchildren Brianna, Jocelyn and Reagen. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, James "Dee" Bullock; son Michael Bullock; brothers Roy, Daniel, Herbert and Jim.

Services will be held at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary on Friday August 18, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Richard Blank and Todd Eckhardt will officiate. Burial will take place in Willow Grove Cemetery, Fountain City. Friends may call from 12:00-2:00 pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.
