Victoria Lynn Samuels, age 49, formerly of Richmond, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday (August 3, 2014) in Indianapolis. She was a graduate of Richmond High School and she was a professional firefighter. Survivors include her daughter, Kylie Samuels and granddaughter, Rory Samuels. She is also survived by her parents, Gordon Samuels and Martha Samuels, both of Richmond and a sister, Susan White, of Charleston, South Carolina. At her request, she will be cremated.
