Wilburn Longworth, age 83, of Richmond, died Saturday morning (October 11, 2003) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Kentucky on August 29, 1920 to Richard and Virginia Nix Longworth and had lived here most of his life.
He was a retired employee of Belden Wire and Cable. His wife, Leona M. Chaney Longworth, died on June 22, 1975. His second wife, Mary Alice Smith Longworth, died in November of 2001.

Sons - Denny Lee (wife Sandra) Longworth of Newberry, Florida
Jerry Allen (wife Elaine) Longworth of Richmond
Sisters - Maburn Noe of Lafollette, Tennessee
June Duncan of Middlesboro, Kentucky

Services will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday (October 14, 2003) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday (October 13, 2003) from 5 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
