William "Bill" A. Gulley, age 81, died Monday morning (December 10, 2013) at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville. He was born in Morehead, Kentucky on March 12, 1932 to Harve and Flora Gulley and had lived here since 1954. He was a retired mobile home service provider Survivors include his daughters Vickie Gulley, Regina (Scott) Shepard, and Marla Gulley of Richmond; Brother Carl (Grace) Gulley; Grandchildren Robert Gibson, Dana Gibson, Jessica Gilliam, Amy Hawkins, William Gulley, Elizabeth Gulley, Megan Shepard, Allyson Shepard, and Lacey Turner; Great grandchildren Lydia Turner, Steven Turner, Jazee Gilliam, Hannah Hawkins, Nolen Hawkins, Ann Gulley, Will Gulley, Kaiden Gibson, Kaleb Gibson, Laisha Johnson, Layana Ogle, and Rylin. In addition to his parents, his wife Louann Gulley; a son Allen Ray Gulley; Brothers Alvey, Elbert, Avery, Harold, Wilson, and Howard; and Sisters Elnora, Arlene, Barbara, and Faye are also deceased. Services for William will be held on Saturday (December 14, 2013) in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary at 12 p.m. Pastor Kevin Arthur will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
