Ada M. "Mickey" Holecheck, age 83, of Richmond, died Tuesday morning (March 1, 2011) She was born in Richmond on December 12, 1927 to Milton R. and Lillian Lichliter Kemp and had lived here all of her life. She worked for Avco for 18 years and she was a homemaker. Mickey was fond of her volunteer work with Circle U Help Center. She was a beautiful, kind, gentle woman and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 61 years - Frank Holecheck; daughters - Sandy Koger of Lafayette, Linda (Jeff) Giles of Fishers, Indiana; step-son - Danny (Sherry) Holecheck of Florida; special niece - Gloria (Steve) Wilson of Richmond; grandchildren - Michael (Tammy)Koger, Stephen Koger, Sarah Koger, Tyler Giles, Lauren Giles, Lindsey Giles; great grandchildren - Kaitlyn Koger and Matthew Koger; nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, two brothers and two sisters are also deceased. Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday (March 5, 2011) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Gilmer Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday (March 5, 2011) from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Circle U Help Center, 19 North 13th Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374.
