Addie R. Holt, age 98 of Richmond passed away Friday May 18, 2018 at Golden Living Center. She was born in Rock Castle County, Kentucky on April 16, 1920 to Archie and Nannie Jones Anderson. Addie was married to Henderson Holt for over 75 years, before he passed in 2013. They both were members of Oak Park Pentecostals Church where Addie taught Sunday School to 1st and 2nd graders for many years. She was also the President of the Ladies Auxiliary at Oak Park Pentecostals Church for over 20 years. Addie was a homemaker that enjoyed being with her family. She loved animals, especially her dogs and had many hobbies that she enjoyed including gardening, quilting and feeding birds.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Pauline (Luther) Cummins, Wanda Maitlen, Linda (Harold) Henwood and Martha Shepherd; brothers Stanley (Diane) Anderson and Frank Anderson; 15 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband Henderson Holt; son Robert Eugene Holt; daughter-in-law Mary Holt; son-in-laws Eugene Shepherd and John Maitlen Sr; sisters Eula Musselman and Martha Naylor; brothers Donald Anderson, Nathan Anderson and Ted Anderson; great grandson Alex Shepard

Services for Addie will be held at 12:30 P.M. on Thursday May 24, 2018 at Oak Park Pentecostals Church. Rev. Kevin Arthur will officiate. Burial will follow in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. on Thursday May 24, 2018 at the church.
