Ann S. Bartlett, age 71, of Richmond, Indiana passed away on Friday (May 8, 2020) at Reid Health. She was born on February 17, 1949 to Arnold and Ruth Kiser Short in Lexington, Kentucky. Ann was a long-time resident of Lexington, Kentucky and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors in Communication. She worked most of her life in the insurance field as an insurance adjuster. Ann is survived by sister Mary Stark and close friend Marcia McIntosh. There are no public services planned at this time.
