Anthony Keith Irwin, age 49, of Richmond, died Monday (February 21, 2011) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on December 28, 1961 to Jerry K. and Lillian A. Damrell Irwin and was a graduate of National Trail High School. He lived in Florida for a number of years before moving back to Richmond ten years ago. Tony had worked for American Express and had managed a video store in Penn Brook Pines, Florida. He was an avid reader and enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. He enjoyed all types of music and movies. Tony loved animals. Survivors include his long-time companion - Diane Johnson and children Jamie and Matthew; daughter - Andrea Irwin of Oklahoma; father - Jerry Irwin of Richmond; brother - Sean Irwin of Greenfield; sisters - Cynthia Thomas of Indianapolis, Lisa Sparks of Richmond, Michelle Irwin of Indianapolis; nieces and nephews His mother, Lillian Irwin, and an uncle, John Irwin, are also deceased. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday (February 25, 2011) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Chaplain David Garman will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
