Barbara M. "Bobbe" Hartzell, age 77, of Richmond, died Saturday morning (February 23, 2008) at her residence.� She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 1, 1931 to Theodore and Myrtle Sax Keck and had lived here most of her life.� She was a graduate of Richmond High School and had worked for Avco and Hoffco.� She retired as an employee of Phillips Drugs.� She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and had served as a member of the Wayne County Alcoholic Beverage Commission.� Her husband, Harold F. Hartzell, died on September 23, 1992.� �
Survivors include her daughter - Terri Napier of Richmond, her son - Mike (Denise) Hartzell of Connersville; grandchildren - Wendi Cummings, Nick Hartzell, Nicole Napier, Logan Napier, Erin (Todd) Hackleman;� eight great grandchildren.�
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday (February 26, 2008) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Pastor Martin Holman will officiate.� Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.� Friends may call on Monday (February 25, 2008) from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.� Memorial contributions may be made to Wish Upon a Star, 2425 Hwy 41 N.
