Barbara L. Lightle, age 76, of Richmond, died Saturday morning (September 16, 2006) at the home of her daughter.� She was born in Winchester, Indiana on September 5, 1930 to Forest and Ethel Kaiser Helms and had lived Richmond for the past 40 years.� She had worked as a legal secretary and as a nurse.� She had been employed as a caseworker for the Wayne County Department of Family & Children..
