Barbara A. Noe, age 86, of Richmond, died Saturday morning (November 24, 2012) at her residence. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 27, 1926 to Thomas J. and Janice I. Goodwin Noe. She was a registered nurse and retired as an employee of Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton after 20 years of employment. Barbara was an active member of Saint John Lutheran Church where she was also a participant as a Stephen Minister. Survivors include her brother, Elmer Noe of Richmond; nieces and nephews - Steve Noe, Eric Noe, Melissa Branstrator, Sandra Petty; great nieces and great nephews. A brother, Thomas Noe, is also deceased. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday (November 28, 2012) in Saint John Lutheran Church (501 South 7th Street) Rev. James Culver and Rev. Laura Altman will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Gratis, Ohio. Friends may call on Wednesday (November 28, 2012) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Saint John Lutheran Church. Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
