Barbara J. Watson, age 58, of Richmond, died Thursday (November 22, 2012) at Heritage House of Richmond. She was born on October 27, 1954 to Pascal and Marilyn Anderson Neathery and had lived in this area for many years. Survivors include her uncle - Ted Anderson of Richmond; cousin - Todd Anderson of Richmond; cousin - Karen Martin of Richmond; special friend - Peggy Nolte of Richmond; brother - Samuel T. Neathery. In addition to her parents, a brother, Pascal Raymond Neathery, is also deceased. No service or visitation is planned. Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
