Bertha Mae Nugent, age 84, of Richmond, died Friday morning (November 9, 2007) at her residence. She was born in New Paris, Ohio on July 15, 1923 to Earl and Nellie Tucker Lantz and had lived in Richmond most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Baptist Church. Her husband, Alfred Nugent, died in 1984. Survivors include her sons �" Virgil and wife Sue Nugent, Clinton and wife Barbara Nugent and Delbert and wife Monica Nugent all of Richmond; sister �"Freda Marte of Sun City, Arizona; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren and two special caregivers �" Sharon Pruett and Kim Walker. In addition to her parents and husband, an infant daughter, Mary Neliene; brothers Norbert and Bill Lantz; sister Mary Alcorn and grandson Ira are also deceased. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday (November 12, 2007) in Riggle �" Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Dennis Wagers will officiate. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
