Betty C. Culbertson, age 52, passed away on Tuesday (April 29th, 2014) at her home. She was born in Richmond on October 26th, 1961 to Barbara Harris and had lived here all her life. Betty had worked at the Powerhouse Restaurant for 20 years, and had cut hair at Ova's Hairum. She enjoyed being a grandma, and had most recently stayed home to take care of her family. Survivors include her husband of 35 years Lance Culbertson; Daughters Crystal Culbertson and Kathy (Dan Powell) Culbertson; Sisters Rose Harris and Theresa Hayre; Brother Daniel Harris Jr.; grandchildren Dillon Powell and Bryleigh Culbertson; a special Aunt Dorothy Eversole; Special Uncle Ralph Mann; several brother and sister in laws, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her mother, her father James Robert Mann, a brother Jim Harris, Grandmother Kathryn Mann, and mother and father in law Dick (Doris) Culbertson are also deceased. Services for Betty will be held on Tuesday (May 6th, 2014) at 2 p.m. in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Mark Thomas will officiate. Friends may call on Tuesday from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
