Betty Lou Osborne, of Richmond, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025 at the age of 97. She was born in Raleigh, Indiana on November 2, 1927 to Charles Chester and Flossie Fern (Jackson) Thomas. Betty graduated from Raleigh High School and worked for many years as a Nurse Aid in Jenkins Hall at Reid Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family and will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Jean Ann Mull (David) and Michael Osborne (Diane); three grandsons Marty Osborne, D. Ryan Mull and Scott Mull; eight great grandchildren; her twin sister Mary Jackson of Raleigh, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
