Bobbie Jean Hatfield, age 65, of Centerville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026. Born on January 13, 1961, in Manchester, Kentucky, she was the beloved daughter of Robert and Sophia (Riley) Hatfield. Bobbie will be remembered for her warm spirit, kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her.
In life, Bobbie enjoyed many adventures, particularly her cherished trips to Florida with her sisters. These memories created bonds of love and laughter that will endure in her family's hearts. She had a passion for music, often found listening to her favorite song, "I'm Not Okay" by Jelly Roll, which resonated deeply with her spirit. Above all, she cherished her family and held a special place in her heart for her grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and pride.
Bobbie is survived by her significant other Don McNally; loving son, Christopher (Melissa) Bergfield; grandchildren Sophia, Chris Jr., Allister, Anna, Larry, Elizabeth and Leliana; sisters Brenda Matthews, Linda Cornelious (Jack), Pauline Lichtenfels (Robert), Helen Yingst, Emily Pegg; brother Eddie (Jennifer) Hatfield. In addition to her parents, Bobbie is preceded in death by siblings Mary Ann Stanton and Elsie Pierson; niece April Yingst; brothers-in-law Rick Pegg, Carl Yingst, Paul Matthews, Louie Stiller and Ken Pierson; ex-husband and friend Larry Bergfield.
Bobbie will be missed dearly but remembered fondly by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
