Bobby J. Holland, age 82, of Richmond, died Thursday evening (February 1, 2018) at Reid Health. He was born in London, Kentucky on December 24, 1935 to Robert and Polly Holland and had lived here most of his life. He was a retired 42 year employee of Johns Manville and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include three sons, Shawn (Shonda) Holland, Rocky (Beth ) Holland and Tom (Kimmy) Holland all of Richmond; daughter Goldie Patricia (Keith) Wills of Decatur, Alabama; his companion of 20 years, Ileene Ward; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Goldie Ella Holland in May 1995; his son, Bobby D. Holland in May 2004; a great granddaughter and several siblings
Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (February 6, 2018) in Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Ryan Bradley will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday (February 6, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home
