Boyd A. Ford, age 73, passed away on Friday morning (January 24, 2014) at Reid Hospital in Richmond. He was born in Richmond on July 3, 1940 to Wilbur Bunger and Marsha Ford and had lived here all his life where he drove a taxi. Survivors include his son Tim (Mary) Ford; Daughter Rebecca Voyles; Brother Ernie Ford; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, his wife Marsha Ford and son Mark Ford preceded him in death. A memorial service for Boyd will be held on Tuesday (February 4, 2014) at 5 p.m. in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Friends may call from 4-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
