Brandi A. Hubbard, age 33, of Richmond, died Sunday (April 28, 2013). She was born in Richmond on January 27, 1980 to Drexal and Marie Crawford Hubbard. She was raised and attended school in Liberty and moved back to this area 12 years ago. She was employed by Joy Ann Bakery.
