Brenda York Noelker, age 71 of Richmond passed away peacefully on Monday April 16, 2018 at her home. She was born in Richmond on September 10, 1946 to Bill and Helen Wilkinson York. Brenda worked many jobs throughout her life including 18 years at INA/Cigna, 9 years at Tom Raper RV's and 5 years at Warm Glow Candles, but her favorite job was always taking care of her children and grandchildren. She was married to her husband David for 55 years and enjoyed camping and boating every weekend they could.

Survivors include husband David Noelker; children Cheryl (Bill Bechtel) Schaeff and Mike (Nancy) Noelker; siblings Linda (Jerry) Noelker, Eddie (Wilma) York, Monte (Mary) York, Phillip (Lan) York and Joe (Laura) York; grandchildren Ashley Farley, Cory (Brandi) Noelker, Brandon (Shannon) Schaeff and Sydney Schaeff; 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held Friday (April 20, 2018) at 10:00 A.M. at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Father John Luerman will officiate the service. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday (April 19, 2018) from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Brenda's name to Dementia Society of America P.O.
