Brian K. Morris, age 46, passed away on Wednesday (October 26th 2016) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on July 1st, 1970 to Floyd and Linda Morris and had lived here all his life. He had worked at Carpenter as a material handler, and later at Arbor Trace in the maintenance department. He also volunteered at Help The Animals. Brian did everything with his dog and buddy Toby. They would often walk their neighborhood together. He was a Colts fan, and also enjoyed the music of Led Zeppelin. Brian loved being around his family; he was a devoted father, brother, and son.
Survivors include his wife of 18 years Angie Morris; children Neil (Brandi) Hall, Kaitlyn Morris, and PFC Brian Morris; brother Brent (Kim) Morris; sister Kathy (Foley) Johnson of Wyoming; mother Linda Houser; grandchildren Jamason Hall; step grandchildren Austin Jones and Jaci Brockman; grandmother Nina Houser; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He also leaves behind his buddy and dog Toby. He is preceded in death by his father Floyd Morris; and Grandfather Mark Houser Sr.
A memorial service for Brian will be held on Tuesday (November 1st 2016) at 5 p.m. in Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary. Larry Dalbey will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Brian's name to the Brian K. Morris Funeral Fund in care of Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary.
