Brian R. Pennington, age 39, passed at Reid Hospital on Sunday ( October 22, 2017) after a bout with cancer. He was born in Richmond on July 20, 1978 to Joel and Teresa Pennington. He had lived in this area, and in Philadelphia, where he worked for sanitation department in trash removal.
