Carl R. Yingst, age 49, of Richmond, died Thursday morning (October 6, 2011) at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Richmond on June 9, 1962 to Clifford and Norma Gross Yingst. He lived here all of his life and was a 1982 graduate of Richmond High School. Survivors include the love of his life, his wife - Helen Hatfield Yingst; daughter - Faith (Mark) Lahman of Richmond; his mother - Norma Turner; grandmother - Inidia Gross; half-brother - Clifford Yingst; step-brothers - Roger Derinsky, Bobby Baker; step-sister - Robin Lewis; nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, an aunt and many very special friends. In addition to his father, a daughter, April Jean Yingst, is also deceased. Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday (October 12, 2011) in Riggle - Walterrmann Mortuary. Rev. Paul Mingus will officiate. Burial will be in Lutherania Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday (October 11, 2011) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
