Cecil Duane Brumley, age 64, formerly of Richmond, died Thursday (November 28, 2013) at his residence in New Castle, Indiana. He was born in Richmond on May 30, 1949 to Russell and Mary Maxine Mann Brumley and lived here most of his life. He was a veteran of the US Army and had worked in construction. Survivors include his children, John Russell (Theresa) Brumley of Biloxi, MS., Michael (Marcie) Lantz of Centerville, Cecil Brandon (Angel) Brumley of New Castle, Chrystal (Kyle) Roberts of Pigeon Forge, TN; brother, Steve (Lisa) Brumley of Gaffney, SC., sister, Nancy (Tim) Laughlin of Richmond; 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He also leaves his special friend and former wife, Lovina Edwards, of Centerville. In addition to his parents, a sister, Rosetta Roberts, is also deceased. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday (December 5, 2013) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Mark Thomas will officiate. Friends may call on Wednesday (December 4, 2013) from 5:00 p.m. To 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Cecil Duane Brumley in care of the funeral home.
