Charles B. Marsiglio, age 63, of Richmond, died Wednesday evening (February 4, 2009) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Pennsylvania on May 30, 1945 and had lived here for the past 32 years. He was a veteran of the US Navy and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He was employed by Silgan Closures. Survivors include his wife - Rose Marsiglio; son - Clifford Marsiglio of Indianapolis; daughter - Teresa Marsiglio of Chicago; step-son - Joe Reichter of Florida; aunt - Alba Guessman of California; brother-in-law - Richard Pope of New Paris, Ohio; his first wife - Jessie Marsiglio of California.
