Charles Arthur "Groundhog" Toschlog, age 79, of Richmond, died Saturday morning (December 9, 2006) at Reid Hospital.� He was born in Centerville on September 29, 1927 to Albert and Florence Morgenroth Toschlog and had lived in this area all of his life.� He was a graduate of Centerville High School and had worked in construction.� He was a member of Saint Andrew Church.� His wife, Patricia Toschlog, died on January 18, 2005.

Survivors include his daughter - Connie Lee Keith of Georgia;
Step-daughters - Connie Voiles of Richmond,
Cindy Tucker of Richmond;
Son - Charles Allen (wife Cathy) Toschlog of Richmond;
Sister - Betty Hart of Palm Springs, California;
Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren,

In addition to his wife and parents, five brothers, Maurice, Tom, Dick, Albert Jr., and Marty Toschlog and a sister, Elsie Spencer, are also deceased.

A prayer service will be held at 12:30 pm on Tuesday (December 12, 2006) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at 1:00 pm in Saint Andrew Church.� Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery.� There will be no public calling.� Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.�
