Charlie Troelsen was born in Richmond, Indiana on May 23, 2019 to Kevin Troelsen and RaeAnne Schoeffler and went to be with God on Saturday (May 25, 2019) at Riley Children's Hospital. Survivors include parents Kevin Troelsen and RaeAnne Schoeffler; grandfather Rob Schoeffler; grandmother Ardene Schoeffler; aunts Robin Schoeffler and Andrea Felsman-Goodwin and uncle Robert Schoeffler. Pastor David Anderson will officiate a private service held at the convenience of the family.
